Confidentiality
All information related to the editing and peer review process for submitted manuscripts must be kept strictly confidential by editors, authors, and reviewers. Peer review is a private and anonymous process, and the identities of reviewers are not disclosed unless the journal explicitly uses an open peer review policy.
Correspondence with the journal, reviewer reports, and any other confidential information must not be published, shared, or disclosed without prior written consent, regardless of whether the manuscript is ultimately accepted or rejected.
Reviewers should note that maintaining the confidentiality of their identity is a key policy, and every effort is made to protect this privacy. However, in the unlikely event of a legal requirement for disclosure, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
In cases of suspected research or publication misconduct, the journal reserves the right to contact funding agencies, regulatory authorities, other journals, and the authors’ institutions as necessary to address the issue.
